Korres Mens Kit Christmas Gift Idea

When it comes to us gals at Christmas, we’re usually pretty easy to buy for, yet for many guys it’s the usual gadgets, socks or work tie. Most do actually like a bit of skincare (even if some won’t admit it), as long as it’s simple, smells nice and ‘does the job’. So here’s the Korres mens kit Christmas gift idea which, being a mixed bag, makes it a perfect bathroom choice for the guys. I have it on good authority from hubby Si, that it smells nice and does the job really well.

Korres Men’s Kit

Si has been happy to trial these for me, I think he appreciates the fact he can become involved in the blog now and again. Plus the fact, he’s actually a bit of product junkie himself. The feedback I’m getting from him regarding the shaving products in this kit, is very good.

This kit is really handy for guys that travel as it contains the basics, with products that are natural and care for the skin. The packaging is environmental friendly too, so planet conscious chaps will be happy.

Kit contains :

  • Absynthe Shave Cream 25ml
  • Marigold & Ginseng Aftershave Balm 25ml
  • Aloe & Dittany Shampoo 40ml
  • Basil & Lemon Shower gel 40ml
  • Guava Shower gel 40ml

The botanical shower gels of Basil & Lemon, plus Guava, have gorgeous aromas, and I know Si is still enjoying them, finding them fresh, and not leaving residue on the skin like some shower products. Due to his thicker coarse hair, which he trims really short, he finds some shampoos can leave the scalp dry and itchy. With the Brittany shampoo, he’s had no itchy scalp at all, but the feeling of a really clean scalp and soft hair. You can find out more about these products in my post here.

Si has really found the Absynthe Shave Cream plus Marigold & Ginseng Aftershave Balm extremely good. He uses good skincare anyway, but has informed me that the shave cream, containing essential oils and flavonoids, gives a very close and smooth shave, leaving no irritation to the skin. He has dark thick hair and finds some gels/creams a little harder to get results when shaving. Then using the balm, he finds that it’s extremely cooling on the skin, absorbs in well and leaves skin nourished, without the feeling of being greasy. Nope, guys don’t like the any texture or shine left on the skin, so this got top marks.

The Korres Mens kit would be handy for a weekend business trip, or a few days away with a loved one over Christmas. A great little pamper kit, containing the necessities for any guy to feel fresh and groomed.

Would your guy love this in his stocking for Christmas?

This is a great little set! My Hubby’s skin is quite sensitive/reactive & he has to be careful with what he uses but that’s why sets like this are so good – you get to try a few products without spending too much! xx

Definitely, Korres are good value and such pleasant products but kind to the skin too. Hubby is wowed by how calm his skin is using the shaving products.

This is actually a great little set, my dad would probably love this because he quite likes testing out different products. Just for myself though I’ve tried the Guava shower gel and it’s so good! It smells amazing.
